Comfortable beds!
Negative: The only drawback is the noise from the street, freeway and train whistle.
Next time I would use white noise to cover it.

Cute house, Great for Girls /Mommy staycations
Positive: Such a cute house and close to areas i needed access to. Easy access to freeway.
Negative: I stayed during weekday partially so traffic was a bit more than most days so accessing house was longer but not too bad. Also driveway was a lot narrower than I'm used to but manageable.
